What services do you offer?

We offer brand events and activations, full-service weddings and special events, hands-on floral workshops, and recurring floral subscriptions for homes and businesses.

Where are you located? Do you offer delivery?

We are based in Chicago and we happily serve surrounding areas. Delivery rates for floral subscriptions can be found here. Delivery rates for large custom orders and events vary by location and order details. Pick-up is available in Wicker Park/Bucktown.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible. Weddings and large-scale events typically book 6–12 months in advance. Brand activations, workshops, and subscriptions may be booked closer to the date based on availability. Bookings and orders must be confirmed two weeks to the event date. Additional rush fees may apply if the order is placed within two weeks of the event date.

Do you have a minimum spend?

Yes, minimums vary by service. Please refer to our Services page for current minimums. If you’re unsure which service or minimum applies to your project, feel free to reach out.

Do you offer à la carte orders?

Yes, for select projects and occasions. À la carte offerings are based on availability and do not include on-site setup or styling unless otherwise noted.

Is Pala Floral a sustainable floral studio?

Sustainability is once of our core values. We are a foam-free studio, source locally from farmers during the growing season, compost leftover/used flowers, and prioritize using reusable and custom built sustainable mechanics.

Brand Events/Corporate

What types of brand events do you design florals for?

We design florals for brand activations, retail styling, product launches, corporate dinners, store openings, and experiential events.

Do you offer ongoing or recurring florals?

Yes. We offer floral subscriptions and short- or long-term installations for offices, retail spaces, hospitality, and brands. Place an order for subscriptions here.

Can you match brand colors or themes?

Absolutely. We thoughtfully intertwine brand identity, values, and visual language into floral design without feeling forced or literal. We also provide customized branded details for your event, so your florals truly represent your brand.

Do you work with production teams or agencies?

Yes, and we’re happy to collaborate directly with agencies, planners, and creative teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Floral Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are offered on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cadence. Gift them or give yourself a little treat! Designs are designer’s choice and created to feel fresh, intentional, and seasonally inspired. Bespoke/custom designs are available for a fee. Currently, deliveries go out Friday mornings, however, alternative days may be accomodated.

How is billing handled?

Subscriptions can be billed as recurring automatic payments or as prepaid packages (for example, a 3-month or 6-month commitment paid in advance).

Can I pause or skip a delivery?

Yes. Subscription pauses or skips require a minimum of 7 days’ advance notice. Requests made within 6 days of the scheduled delivery cannot be guaranteed and may result in the arrangement being delivered as scheduled. You’re always welcome to redirect the delivery to a different address.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription directly through your client portal page. Login to your portal > Click your Name > Manage Subscriptions > Cancel. You will receive a confirmation email.

Workshops & Flower Bars

Do you offer private workshops?

Yes. We offer private workshops for brands, teams, celebrations, and special events. These can be customized to fit your group and goals.

When are tickets to your workshop available?

Workshop tickets are announced through @pala.floral in Instagram or our Substack, subscribe here.

Do I need to have prior floral arranging experience?

Not at all. Workshops are beginner-friendly and guided step by step. Guests will receive a booklet with instructions and tips so you can continue to learn at home. All the materials will be prepped and provided for you. We'll even take care of the clean up!

What is your cancellation policy for workshops?

Due to limited seating and advance material sourcing, workshop tickets are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, tickets are transferrable.
