Pickup (no fee)

Pick up is available Friday and Monday afternoons from our studio in Bucktown.

Checkout Notes (Required)

At the checkout page, please include details in the additional notes/comments box, such as: Delivery instructions for our delivery driver (if applicable), Any known flower allergies or if we need to use pet-safe flowers, specific start date

Billing & Subscription Pauses

Subscriptions are billed automatically one day before delivery or pickup. Pauses require one week’s notice. If you do not pause the subscription in time, you can have the order sent to someone else. In the case Pala Floral studio is closed for holidays or vacations, any skipped deliveries will be communicated in advance and fulfilled the following week upon return
